Chemical Dosing System

Overview

Water treatment chemistry is unforgiving. Under-dose, and treatment fails; over-dose, and you're burning money on chemicals. A precision-engineered dosing system solves both problems at once. Our Chemical Dosing System automatically prepares and accurately injects treatment chemicals into water and wastewater processes — for coagulation, flocculation, pH adjustment, and disinfection. It works as a seamlessly integrated support unit for primary equipment such as DAF units and clarifiers, or as a fully standalone station, giving you unmatched flexibility and control over chemical management.

How It Works

The system is built around four core elements: storage tanks, preparation units, precision metering pumps, and an intelligent control panel. Dry or liquid polymer (such as PAM) is prepared into a consistent, ready-to-use solution, while coagulants like PAC, acids, alkalis, and other liquid reagents are stored and held at the ready. On demand, the system injects the required chemicals into the process stream at precisely controlled flow rates — responding to set parameters or live signals from flow meters and water quality sensors.

Key Advantages

Right amount, every time. High-accuracy metering pumps deliver the exact chemical dose, maximizing treatment efficiency, preventing under-dosing or wasteful overuse, and keeping final water quality consistent.

Set once, run forever. The automated control system manages solution preparation, dosing rates, and system alerts — cutting manual labor, eliminating human error, and enabling reliable 24/7 operation.

Safer by design. Automated handling of chemicals like PAM and PAC reduces direct operator exposure, improves site safety, and keeps storage and preparation organized to minimize spill risks.

Built to survive aggressive chemicals. Wetted parts are constructed from compatible materials — PVC, PE, SS316, or specialized plastics — ensuring a long service life with low maintenance.

Scales with your needs. Modular and customizable: multiple pump heads, tanks of various sizes, and control levels ranging from simple timers to PLC-based systems receiving 4–20mA signals for fully adaptive dosing.

Chemicals saved, money saved. Precise dosing translates directly into lower chemical consumption, reduced operating costs, and better performance from downstream solid-liquid separation.

Who It's For

Municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants — automatic dosing of coagulants (PAC), flocculants (PAM), and pH adjusters into the influent, ahead of clarifiers, DAF units, or filter presses.

Drinking water treatment facilities — precise addition of coagulants, flocculants, and disinfectants to ensure potable water safety and clarity.

Sludge dewatering systems — preparation and injection of polymer (PAM) solutions into sludge conditioning tanks ahead of centrifuges, belt presses, or screw presses, optimizing solids capture and cake dryness.

Industrial process water systems — chemical conditioning in cooling water, boiler feed water, and process water loops to control scaling, corrosion, and microbiological growth.

Swimming pools and aquaculture — automated dosing of disinfectants and pH balancers to maintain healthy, clear water.

Built for Accuracy

Our Chemical Dosing Systems are built for reliability and precision. We deliver tailored solutions — from basic standalone packages to fully integrated, skid-mounted systems handling multiple chemical lines. Our engineering team helps you select the right pump technology, materials of construction, and control philosophy for your specific reagents and process requirements.
